A happy mix of Georgian and Victorian, all grade II listed except the bulkiest nos. 3-4. No. 1 is the Hole in the Wall pub, dated 1863, and probably fooling only the drunkest of its patrons into thinking that it might be older; no. 2 is late C18th; nos. 3-4 are dated 1882, as is no. 5. Were they built of a piece? There are obvious similarities, but also major differences.
