The sign has buttons for emergency and shopmobility, a microphone and loudspeaker. Westfield shopping mall help for the disabled includes free wheelchair and scooter hire, free parking, a changing room and a help desk. This help point is on the way into the mall from the tube and overgreound stations and bus stops.
