An 18th century cottage, unfortunately described in its 1972 Category C listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200359116-29-shoregate-east-neuk-and-landward-ward#.W_r9etSLTGg as 'unsympathetically restored' in 1968, and now also known as Seascape Cottage.
