A fine Italianate style building which was originally a pair of semi-detached villas built around 1830-1835 to a design by architect RW Jearrad. I believe today it has been converted into apartments. The building is Grade II listed, see: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1103853
