Captain James Eaton was a former Midshipman aboard HMS Temeraire during the battle of Trafalgar. He was the first person to pass on NELSONS famous message "England expects that every man this day will do his Duty". He was former resident of Hill House Dagger Lane West Bromwich (see https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5980133 ).
