Looking down the valley from Huddersfield Road (B6108). The embankment of a former branch line from Lockwood (Huddersfield) to Meltham that once ran along the line of trees can be clearly seen. The last regular passenger service was on 21st May 1949. It closed completely on 3rd April 1965.
