This building is listed, Grade II, and is stated to be an 18C timber-framed building. However the village web-site says: "The building dates back to 1450 and was enlarged in 1699. The village lost its pub in 1998, but after a long campaign it was reopened a few years ago but has now closed again. Its new name came from the sundial stained glass window in the church across the way."
