This is a former Ulsterbus Leyland Tiger with the fleet number 1247 and registration number NXI 4247. The chassis manufactured by Leyland had the number TRBTL11/2RP TR00646 and its body manufactured by Alexander (Belfast) had the serial number DP53F B11 37. The bus took to the road in April 1989 and was based at Newry. It was withdrawn from service in Februrary 2009. Later that year it was sold to Haughey, Newry, for preservation
