When it was originally acquired by Harrow UDC in 1934, this public open space was known as Bennett's Park. More land was acquired in 1949 and it was renamed Pinner Memorial Park, commemorating those who died in both world wars, in 1950. It is not large, but is a pleasant suburban oasis on a mild autumn day.
