Bench mark on the Esplanade

According to the OS database, this is a 3rd-order cut bench mark, 4.309 metres above Newlyn datum. Persistent rain, spoiling distant views, drew my attention to what was close at hand, so that, in the space of a few minutes, I noticed three cut bench marks (including this one) and a War Department boundary stone. The others are Image, Image, and Image
