The building on the corner of Mary Vale Road and Linden Road is the premises of three businesses, a hair salon, cafe and a shop (I think). The building is Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1343097 and was built in 1898 by W Alexander Harvey.
