This church wouldn't have been complete at all if this bell tower wasn't kept. Thankfully, it was kept, during the Victorian rebuild of the church of St. Michael & All Angels, and is now attached to this great church. Originally built in the 13th century, it used to be detached to the main body of the church itself.
