The former caretaker's house is included as part of the Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101396414-anderton-park-school-caretakers-house-and-victorian-railings-sparkbrook-ward#.W9a-UUv7RPY given to the school and railings in 2011.
