Described in its 1982 Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101343316-building-to-the-north-east-of-the-dovecote-moseley-and-kings-heath-ward#.W9Ybo9SLTGg as "of uncertain use", the Moseley Society (of local historians and garden volunteers) have established that it's a former cow house in the grounds of Moseley Hall, the one-time home of one John Taylor, a co-founder of Lloyds Bank
