New houses under construction at the Newtownards Road end of Susan Street. “Westbourne Presbyterian Church agreed to the demolition of their church hall that had become expensive to run and maintain, allowing Apex to begin the construction of six houses at Susan Street” - Apex Observer, Summer 2018.
