A building, currently used as offices, between the Nambarrie site https://www.geograph.org.uk/snippet/5146 and the former Ulster Bank (now the Merchant Hotel) Image Very little information available other than that it appears to be last 19th century and has had a wide variety of tenants over the years including 1960 - Ministry of Finance - Training Centre, Typing School 1932 - Irish CE [Christian Endeavour] Union Headquarters and Bookroom 1918 - Lewis, Jas., W., Agent for Fleming Bros., Rolled Steel Joists and Girder Merchants. Also one of the few, in immediate area, with no proposals for redevelopment.
