30 Regent Street - Fastolff House

The Grade 2 listed building currently houses the Great Yarmouth Business Centre. It was purpose built for offices in 1908 and designed by Ralph Scott Cockrill in the Mackintosh style for the Williment Family to house their financial services offices. The front facade is of buff colour terracotta with art nouveau ornamental display, with green faience roof tiles and leaded windows.
