86 Princess Street on the left is the Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1270897 Manchester House once a packing and shipping warehouse built between 1906 and 1909. On the right is the Grade II* listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1247432 Asia House built between 1900 and 1910. It was converted to apartments in 2003. Outside is a Victorian postbox (M1 333) Image In the background can be seen the clock tower of the former Refuge Assurance building now the Principal Hotel.
