Two ornate double-gabled late C16th buildings. Nos. 23-34 (left), aka Owen's Mansion, is dated 1592 (the oriels are Victorian). Grade II* listed. Occupied at the time by branches of the Edinburgh Woollen Mill (knitwear) and Ask Italian (restaurant).
