"LFB" is presumably London Fire Brigade. Is "RVP" by any chance related? In the London Fire Brigade's list of "Fire-related Abbreviations and Acronyms (FRAA)" RVP stands for "Reid vapour pressure" https://www.figuk.org.uk/acronyms.html . The two signs are just to the left of the entrance to the ticket hall - see Image
