Fizzing with idiosyncratic detail such as the frieze and window-heads (Image]), all the more remarkable in that the facade is cast-iron. (The listing reports that it was commissioned by a Birmingham iron-master.) Early Victorian. Grade II listed. A branch of travel agent, Thomas Cook.
