Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//18/01119 for the “change of use from ground floor hot food takeaway and residential upper floors to a single dwelling, together with rear extension following demolition of part of the rear, external alterations, re-roofing, 1 roof light and replacement windows”. The scaffolding and green safety netting indicates that the work is underway. This was Image after the conversion had been completed.
