The Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council notice is at the edge of this https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5934987 football ground. The red area on the notice shows that dogs are not allowed on most of the field. Dogs under control are allowed in the green-marked areas at the edges of the field, away from the playing area.
