Groundwork being done for the 'Integra 61' Development close to the County Durham village of Bowburn. The image was recorded from a footpath which had been closed by the local authority but there was no warning of it as an approach was made from the west and so the decision was made to press on through the works as not to, would have involved a significant retracing of steps.
