The photograph on this page of FAC 13 by Richard Webb as part of the Geograph project.

Note the railway fence, the Forth and Clyde Junction Railway ran beside the track and this is around the thirteen mile mark. For much of its life the railway was freight only and was gradually closed, bit by bit between 1950 and 1965. This section closed in 1952. (The real FAC 13 is something rather special: Transmission by Joy Division).
