Originally a farmhouse, this outstanding property has possibly the earliest roof structure, a base cruck design, in Devon. Early/mid 14th century origins with a probably early 15th century rear wing. The 14th century block partly re-roofed in the early 16th century. The house was remodelled in the 17th century and has some 20th century alterations.
