This house was the home of Marie Corelli, novelist and pioneer conservationist, from 1901 until her death in 1924 Image The house is early Georgian dating from around 1724. The building is now used by the University of Birmingham. The building is Grade II listed: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1204603
