Viewed from the site of the former harbour administrative offices. The view pretty much sums up the run down nature of the eastern quayside at the moment. The Harbour station is one of three in Newhaven all in the space of 10 minutes walk of each other. This one serves the cross channel ferries only whereas Newhaven Town serves the town whilst Newhaven Marina sits deserted. There is a possibility that if the eastern quayside ever does get redeveloped then one of the station sites may become the channel interchange.
