Black's Hall and Skipper House

The cottage nearest the camera is believed to date from the 15th century and to have been one of two wing of a previous building at this location known as Black's Hall. The modern building behind it is Skipper House (at 130 Ber Street), a block of 45 interior-designed apartments. It used to be known as Elliot House when it was the industrial tribunal office. A street called Lily Terrace separates the two buildings.
