At least in part in a former warehouse at the head of the Lancaster Canal. The Royal crest is seen over the company name. It is nice to see a famous industrial company still in business. The full company name is Gilbert, Gilkes and Gordon and the first water turbine was built in 1856. The company specialises in turbines and pumps.
