St James Churchyard, Temple Sowerby

St James Church at Temple Sowerby was built in 1754 and enlarged by an aisle in 1770. The west toweer dates from the start of the 19th century. See also https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5916602 The name of Temple Sowerby comes from the Knights Templars who owned nearby Acorn Bank in the 13th century.
