This former mill house dates back to 1740. It is owned by the Overbury Estate who operate it as a rental property. It boasts four receptions rooms, nine bedrooms, four Bathrooms, a boot room, laundry room, cellar, two garages and extensive gardens. All this can be yours for £3,800 per calendar month.
