Chavenage House

Chavenage House is a privately owned Cotswold manor house which is open to the public on selective days through the summer months. The house has been built over the centuries from the 1570s to the early 20th century. Approaching the house from the drive visitors arrive at the Elizabethan side of the house. See: http://www.hha.org.uk/Property/373/Chavenage-House#opening The house has been used for a number of film and TV productions including the 2015 BBC remake of 'Poldark' when it was the setting for Trenwith. It was also featured in Nick Crane's 'Great British Journeys'.
