Red or grey squirrel? - Carrigans

Pictured along Carrigans Road, zoomed and cropped quite a bit. I am trying to establish if this is a red, I thought that we only had the grey variety here but I've noted that the colour isn't always an indicator. Most replies to this indicate that it’s a grey based on the head, ears and tail with a fur colour variation.
