A commemorative plaque on the wall of the Abbey Veterinary Centre in Holywell Street, Shrewsbury. In a previous guise this building was the Royal Observer Corps Group HQ No. 16 - a Cold War function to control the Shropshire area ROC Monitoring Posts etc, in the worst event.
