Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Medway Council under application number MC/16/5009 for “partial demolition to enable construction of a mixed use development, consisting of maintained A1 retail unit at ground and basement levels and 17 new proposed C3 residential units at first, second and third floor levels, with ancillary works including bicycle and refuse storages”. The shop is an international food centre. This is the side of the shop in Boundary Road.
