Looking none the worse for the dry summer, these trees decorate the centre of the village. There is a grade I listed Market Cross (https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1287778 ), a grade II listed K6 telephone box (https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1288166 ) and the entire island is a scheduled ancient monument because of the archaeological significance of the site with the cross (https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1009227 )
