It's not entirely clear from the outside whether this property with its forestair is no 166 or no 168, but both were collectively Category B listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200386698-166-168-south-street-including-garden-walls-of-lang-rig-st-andrews-ward#.W4ZA_OhKhPY in 1971. They date from the early 18th century.
