What was it before? A fish and chip shop? The pediment has two stylized crowned fish, the roundel is abstract, all can light up, or could. On the left the cream building has a Lacons panel (and a picture of presumably a Barking smack just out of sight on the other side of the door), matching it with the Barking Smack pub out of view to the left with similar panels. However the pub is bare brick, so are they still the same property?
