Built around 1873 by the architect John Milne, this rather striking building was Category C listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200386723-74-76-market-street-and-1-church-street-st-andrews-ward#.W30BT-hKhPY in 1978. The ground floor is occupied by a shoe-shop, and the first floor offices, quite appropriately, currently house a firm of architects.
