DJ&P (David James and Partners) was established in 1990 and has its roots in a general agricultural practice going back more than a century. In 2006 the firm expanded the existing chartered surveyors practice to provide a property agency to complement its existing areas of expertise. Estate agents firm Newland Rennie was founded in 1849. In 2017, the two firms combined to form DJ&P Newland Rennie, a nine-office practice serving South Wales and the southwest of England. DJ&P Newland Rennie provide a specialist service for town and country property owners, landowners, farmers and their other professional advisors.
