The photograph on this page of Manchester new and old by Oliver Dixon as part of the Geograph project.

New Cathedral Street with its swank new shops. At the far end it is just possible to make out the half-timbered Old Wellington Pub (founded 1552) and Sinclair's Oyster Bar which were both relocated from their original site at the Shambles after the Manchester bombing of 1996 - see also Image
