Three cottages built in the 1960s. Erringham is a shrunken medieval settlement that was important enough to possess its own chapel at ease during the 12th century. A mixture of pestilicence, change in downland agricultural practice and the possible shifting of the River Adur meant the settlement declined in numbers until reduced to a single farm.
