Planning permission was approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y15/0164/SH for an “outline application for development of up to 110 dwellings with supporting infrastructure”. These are some of the houses, which are being constructed; the road to the right leads into the building site. The development has been named Mulberry Place. The image of Image shows the road into the site, featured in this image, before it was tarmacked and the image of Image shows this location before development started.
