Unfortunately this may change sometime in the future as planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 18/00056/AS for an “outline planning application for residential development for up to 70 dwellings including details of pedestrian and vehicular accesses onto Warehorne Road and pedestrian and cycleway access onto Ashford Road only (description amended 29.01.2018)”.
