Long Lake https://www.hertswildlifetrust.org.uk/nature-reserves/broad-colney-lakes seems fairly full despite the recent dry weather. The lakes are managed by the Middlesex and Hertfordshire Wildlife Trust https://www.hertswildlifetrust.org.uk/
