The dark green cabinet is a Western Power Distribution electricity substation, identifier C & A Modes S/S 512298. Viewed in September 2017. Electricity substation identifiers are not usually updated - clothing retailer C&A closed its entire British operation, making all 4,800 staff redundant, in June 2000.
