A wall mural of The Beatles on the wall of almshouses beside a path to Bathurst Park in Lydney. The Beatles played two concerts in Lydney at the Town Hall on 31 August and 1 September 1962, they certainly didn't look like this in 1962. In 1962, it was soon after Brian Epstein had got them into suits and set them on the road to success, their first single, 'Love Me Do' was released just over a month after their Lydney concerts.
