The Council House in Great Malvern was built in 1874-80 as The Priory for A.M. Speer by Henry Haddon; the building contains stained glass by Heaton, Butler and Bayne, The building is Grade II* listed, see: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1156369
