"Fames Rough is part of the Chipstead Downs Site of Special Scientific Interest" (http://www.surrey.gov.uk/sccwebsite/sccwspublications.nsf/WebLookupFileResourcesByUNID/docidB84C8DED90D491788025725D0041CF58?openDocument ), and is home to two rare plants. This narrow rectangular meadow runs along the side of Chipstead Bottom, beside the railway (in the trees on the right).
